Complete both phases

Phase 1 collects and validates. Phase 2 explains and records the next step.

Confirm and close

The clinician signs completion; you confirm receipt or receive follow-up support.

Protected digital route

The clinical source retains the result. CareComm+ coordinates an authorized reference, provenance and status.

Sealed-print route

If you do not want CareComm+ retention, the laboratory provides a sealed copy for you or an authorized proxy to present during Phase 2.
