Draft Role Acknowledgement Schedule

These are modular responsibilities, not one blanket consent. Production acceptance must capture the exact role schedule, document hash, authority, purpose, time, step-up method and receipt.

Beneficiary

  • Provide accurate information and use the appropriate urgent-care route.
  • Choose and revoke family access where applicable.
  • Understand that clinical advice comes from the licensed care team.

Family caregiver

  • Use a separate account and act only within a current proxy or lawful authority.
  • Do not assume access to detailed results; scope can be changed or revoked.
  • Report safeguarding concerns and changes in authority.

Program sponsor

  • Accept the payment, anti-fraud and reporting boundaries.
  • Use aggregate or permitted delivery information, not personal clinical results.
  • Do not influence clinical judgment or beneficiary choice.

Community partner

  • Use minimum-necessary roster, assistance and logistics information.
  • Follow the assisted-registration script and confidentiality duties.
  • Do not interpret results or represent yourself as the clinical source.

Primary-care clinic

  • Remain the accountable clinical owner for the agreed pathway.
  • Maintain facility, program and workforce authority and approved capacity.
  • Manage referrals, urgent escalation, records and continuity of care.

Laboratory

  • Maintain the applicable facility licence, capability and authorized roster.
  • Protect order, identity, specimen, quality and result integrity.
  • Return validated results and urgent exceptions through the approved clinical route.

Doctor or clinician

  • Maintain an active professional credential and current clinic or event authority.
  • Use independent professional judgment and document review, explanation and next steps.
  • Step up authentication for sensitive actions and disclose relevant conflicts.

Pharmacy partner

  • Maintain establishment and responsible-professional authority.
  • Fulfil only valid prescriptions or permitted referrals and provide required counselling.
  • Return only the allowed fulfilment status.

CareComm+ administrator

  • Use least privilege, MFA and approved purpose; never browse out of curiosity.
  • Preserve audit evidence, separation of duties and incident reporting.
  • Accept periodic access review and step-up for privileged actions.
